QUESTIONS WE GET

THE OWNER'S MOST-ASKED.

SEPTIC SYSTEM BASICS
An aerobic system uses oxygen-loving bacteria, an air pump, and a chlorine/spray distribution stage to treat wastewater on-site. It's required where conventional septic won't work and needs regular inspections to stay legal. We'll walk you through how yours works the first time we're on-site — give us a call to schedule a system orientation.
HELP! MY ALARM IS ON
First, silence the alarm at the control panel (the breaker or silence button) — that stops the noise but does NOT fix the problem. Then call us at (281) 431-0123. Most alarms are caused by air-pump failures, high-water conditions, or a tripped breaker, and we offer free repair estimates for alarm-related issues.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ADD CHLORINE TABLETS?
Most households need to check the chlorinator monthly and refill as needed — usage varies with the number of people in the home and water consumption. Use only septic-grade chlorine tablets (calcium hypochlorite), never pool tablets. We'll show you the right product and the right cadence at your first maintenance visit.
I'VE LOST MY HOMEOWNER'S MANUAL
Not a problem. If you can tell us the system make and model (often Norweco, Aqua-Safe, or similar — usually labeled on the control panel), we can help you get a replacement manual or walk you through your specific system. Call us with what you can read off the panel.
I NEED A NEW SEPTIC SYSTEM — WHERE DO I START?
Start with a phone call. We handle the full installation — applications and permits, site evaluation, system sizing, install, final inspection, and coverup. The first conversation is the most important one: we'll talk through your lot, your household size, and what your county requires before quoting anything.
